2nd Step - Send me an email

Just click the yellow arrow to your left

Subject line: SMALL CLAIM REQUEST

Please tell me (copy and paste:)

1) your name, address and phone number.

2) Defendant's name, address and phone number, best time to catch them home and any information you can give me to help me effect my job quickly.

3) Please indicate a "time" you wish to appear for your hearing. These are typically set out about two months down the road so if you have a vacation planned please indicate what dates you are not available.

3rd and Final Step - Payment

The fee is $150 - (this includes the $50 filing fee.)

If the Defendant resides outside of Pierce County, or there is more than one Defendant who resides at A SEPARATE ADDRESS than the first, an additional fee will apply. Click here to visit "RATES" or call me for a quote.

Payment - just click the green arrow to your left - this will redirect you to paypal.

I will "reply" to your above email as soon as I have received your message, and when I have picked up your paperwork, and when the defendant has been served, and last when the return of service has been filed keeping you informed.

I will then place your copies (including the return of service, and a receipt) into the USPS mail.

You will have to show up for your scheduled hearing and bring your packet and all receipts or documents relevant to your case with you.

Please be advised we are not attorneys and do not offer legal advice, we simply facilitate the document filing needs and service of process in one nice neat tidy package.

The Notice of Small Claim must be served on the defendant not less than ten (10) days before the first hearing. A return of service, or mail return receipt bearing the defendant's signature, must be filed at or before the time of the first hearing. You cannot personally serve the claim. See RCW Chapters 4.28 and 12.40, and CRLJ 5 for more detailed information.
