In the body of the message please supply me with Defendant/Respondent/Recipient's name and delivery address, and any additional details about the receiving party to include their phone number, what they drive, work schedule and best time to catch them. A photo helps if personal service is required. Please also include a list of documents you are requesting we deliver so we can check it off as we print. We will bill you when the job is completed.

If your documents are received by Noon they are routed for same day delivery. If they are received after noon they are routed for next business day delivery. If you need them to go same day but you have submitted them after noon, a rush fee will apply.

Please note: I bill by address. If you are giving me more then one address to attempt, additional charges will apply. - Payment is required upfront, once payment is made, your order will be routed for service. **The 1st attempt is made within 48-72 business hours after payment is made. If you need it sooner, or outside of my business hours, a rush fee applies.

If your packet is over 30 pages, a $0.20 per page thereafter applies. I will not need your "proof of service" document, we provide our own. Including it counts in your page count.

Once I receive your order, you'll receive an email confirmation. Please note office hours below, if I'm in the field the email confirmation may be tardy. An invoice will be sent for payment via credit card, with options for Zelle or PayPal—please follow the invoice instructions. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Please take notice of the office hours at the bottom of this page.

You will receive an email notification regarding any service attempts, and again when service is completed. You will receive a copy of proof of service within the next 24 business hours after service is completed, along with proof of filing with the court if your case is within Washington state.

If your job has been printed and first attempt made, there will be no refunds.

Attach PDF documents to your email.

If you don’t have scanning capabilities (phone scan apps are not recommended, they are unreliable for good copies on my end), you can use free scanning services at your local library or visit an office supply store. Someone can assist you with that.

First, email the scanned documents to yourself, then forward them to us from your email address, including all “necessary information for service” in the email body. Documents sent directly from a scanner (e.g., appearing as “KCLS Library Document Station”) cannot be processed, we won’t know who sent them, and your order will be discarded.

Be sure to include a cover sheet in your packet that provides the Necessary Information below, and also includes your email address and phone number. No need to send it certified, just overnight it with USPS or put a tracker on it so you can see when it is delivered.

Necessary Information for service

To ensure timely and successful service, please provide as much detailed information as possible—we don’t have a crystal ball! Accurate details help us complete service efficiently, keeping your case on schedule.

Name: Full name of the person to be served.
Address: Delivery location for the documents.
Phone Number: Contact number of the recipient.
Best Time for Service: Preferred time window when the recipient is likely home (e.g., indicate if they work day, swing, or graveyard shifts).
Vehicle Details: Description of the recipient’s vehicle and whether they park in a garage.
Gate Code (if applicable): Access code for gated communities or buildings.
Itemized List: Provide a list of documents to be handed to the recipient (note: confidential information forms or return of service documents should not be included).

For cases requiring personal service, such as contempt of court or restraining orders, providing a photograph of the individual to be served is highly recommended to ensure accurate and efficient service.

Note: If your case is within Washington State, we will provide the proof of service | return of service, so you do not need to submit your copy to us.
