2/2/2023 - Phong Lam Lynda provides TOP-NOTCH services. I was going to hire a divorce attorney for a simple uncontested divorce. I was quoted $5,000, and since I didn't know better, I thought that was a good deal. A friend referred me to Lynda. She was straight forward from the beginning. She took her time explain to me how divorce works in Washington State. I was shocked when I found out that there is something call divorce by mail in 2 counties. Lynda took her time explained in detail all of my concerns. I have saved thousands of dollars. I would give her a seven stars rating if I had that option.

10/14/2019 Erik S. - San Francisco, CA. Lynda was Excellent! She definitely knows what she is doing. We were trying to get an out of state DVRO served in Washington State to a very paranoid individual. Lynda got it done on the first attempt! She even took photos to make sure that every detail was covered and promptly sent all the correctly filled out paperwork to us by Email and US mail (Hard copy). 1/9/2019 - Sierra Rice Lynda was very friendly and professional. She responded in a timely manner and she quickly transitioned forms of communication so I could easily talk with her. She was very informative and helped me get my papers and payment to her, since I'm not in the area she is. After a disappointing experience with the last messenger service I contacted, I was a little nervous going thru this again, but I live out of state and I needed to get my ex served in time for our court date. Lynda made me feel at ease immediately. She shared a story similar to mine about a time she served a person who had evaded other messengers in the past. She was confident she could get my ex served too. I provided all of the information she requested which was far more detailed than the last place. The communication was amazing! She kept me updated every step of the way. She explained the laws to me and even researched the California laws to be sure she was in compliance with their processes as well. The last messenger service charged the same price and did not communicate with me at all during the process. They made their 8 attempts and mailed the affidavit 3 weeks later only after I called to ask if he had been served and if they could send me the proof of service. Lynda served my ex on her first attempt. It only took her One day! She doesn’t treat you like you are just another business transaction. My TX business occasionally requires the use of mobile notaries who can be trusted to handle sensitive legal documents and ensure smooth transactions with far-flung clients. Beyond Expectations! The Gold Standard of Process Service!
I have dealt with both partners of Full Throttle. I called Blaine around 5PM after my first attempt to evict a tenant from my rental fell through at Eviction Court because the tenant had a friend lie for her in front of the judge and my process server didn't do a good job of documenting the service. I was frantic that the tenant was now too wise to being served and I wouldn't be able to have her served.
The immediate thing Blaine did was put me at ease with regard to being able to do a "hard serve" on the tenant. My tenant was a skilled person in how to scam the system and avoid paying rent. He recounted several hard cases he and Lynda had done in the past and promised to get on it the following morning.
He turned the task over to Lynda who was able to serve her the following morning. It needed some special skills which luckily for me, Lynda posesses. For a nominal fee, Lynda accompanied me to court to ensure the service was adequate for the eviction.
Where the "beyond expectations" comes in, is that Lynda offered valuable (non-legal) guidance in how to proceed with the eviction which included ideas, e-filing, and like Blaine, comforting support while I did what I needed to do.
I have no hesitation in recommending Full Throttle Process and their contact info will stay on my phone as long as I have a rental!

I'm so glad I went with Big Smoke and Linda to get my court papers served.. they stopped at nothing to get the job done. (Even when the defendant was actively avoiding us.) I used them to serve papers. It was quick, good value, and no hassle. I also liked that it seemed to have a personal touch instead of the service websites I saw online where you really didn't know if you were sending very sensitive documents out into the void. If you need papers served, I recommend them wholeheartedly.

After allowing the state of Arizona sufficient time to try on their own, I enlisted Ms. Allen of Big Smoke Legal Services to Skip Trace my ex-husband. He is more than 8K behind in Child Support and I got tired of waiting for him to step up and do the right thing. In just a matter of hours Ms. Allen was not only able to locate him, but she also found the business he owns, and recently registered, in the State of Washington that I knew nothing about.
I forwarded all of the information to Support Enforcement in Arizona. The following day, AZ DES called to let me know that with the information included in Lynda's report, they could now enlist the help of the State of Washington for Support Enforcement services. After more than a year of absolutely no headway in my case, that was the best phone call I could have received!
I have utmost confidence in Blaine and Lynda. They are a fantastic team and they take on every request as a personal challenge with exceptional professionalism. I would highly recommend their services.
