In the body of the message please supply me with Defendant/Respondent's name and delivery address, and any additional details about the receiving party to include their phone number, what they drive, work schedule and best time to catch them. A photo helps if personal service is required. Please also include a list of documents you are requesting we deliver so we can check it off as we print. We will bill you when the job is completed.
If your documents are received by Noon they are routed for same day delivery. If they are received after noon they are routed for next business day delivery. If you need them to go same day but you have submitted them after noon, a rush fee will apply.

OPTIONS FOR SUBMITTING YOUR DOCUMENTS FOR SERVICE
If you don’t have scanning capability (scan apps on your phone will not work), library’s offer this option for free, otherwise try any of the office supply stores - EMAILING YOURSELF FIRST, then forward to me from your email with all "necessary information for service" contained within the body of the email. Click necessary information to learn what that is. The goal is sucess on the first attempt so your case proceeds forward on schedule!!
Please try to limit your emails to one.
We do not need a proof of service/return of service if jurisdiction for your case is within the Washington State.
If your job has been printed and first attempt made, there will be no refunds.
You will be notified by email when your documents have been received, I will send you an invoice to pay with your credit card. If it doesn't show up in your inbox please check your spam folder.
You will again be notified via email of any attempts or if service has been completed.
You will receive a copy of proof of service within the next 24 hours after service is completed, along with proof of filing with the court upon your request.
